What you'll be doing
- Ensure administrative follow-up on the professional quality of service offers, reports and various administrative documents
- Ensure quality control in terms of the presentation of both internal and external documents
- Prepare, format and revise various documents and, as required, financial statements
- Communicate and respond to various requests from customers and professionals
- Update data, finalize, scan documents and lock files
- File documents, open and archive files
- May coordinate delivery of financial statements and update associates' diaries
- May prepare time budgets for client files and prepare billing proposals
- May create new clients or mandates and generate various reports in the client database
- May perform reception duties
- All other related tasks
