Ready for an exciting challenge? We're looking for a transactional and commercial lawyer to join our legal department in one of our Greater Montreal offices: Terrebonne, Bois-des-Filion, Saint-Jérôme, Saint-Eustache, Montréal, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Hyacinthe, Mirabel.
A crucial role in protecting our clients' interests. Your expertise in business law will be indispensable in supporting our customers in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating commercial contracts and structuring financing agreements.

What you'll be doing
- Draft legal documents relating to purchases, sales of businesses and various commercial contracts
- Participate in commercial and tax transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions.
- Negotiate and draft share and asset purchase agreements
- Structure and finalize financing agreements for commercial transactions
- Participate in due diligence and advise clients on the best strategies to adopt
Do you have what it takes?
What really counts
- Member of the Quebec Bar
- Minimum 5 years' experience in transactional and commercial law
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
