Because there's more to life than work, Mallette regularly organises events to create and strengthen links between the members of its large team. In particular, we organise congresses, conferences, team-building activities and training courses in different cities and regions.
Our dreams
Mallette encourages its teams to dream with its Objectif rêve programme. This enables resources to carry out a life project or an inspiring dream by giving them access to extended leave and financial support to put it into practice. Extended leave, paid at 75%, lasts from 4 to 8 weeks maximum, and can be combined with up to 4 weeks' annual holiday for a maximum combined leave of 12 weeks.
