Our Rimouski office is currently looking for a manager to join our certification team.
Your main role will be to take charge of the certification mandates under your responsibility for small, medium and large companies in a variety of sectors.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include
- Coordinate and delegate work to professionals when carrying out mandates
- Guide and supervise staff to achieve file objectives
- Plan, organize and coordinate the work of the team
- May be called upon to review more complex files, and to review less complex files on a summary basis
- Prepare and review the final product (financial statements, taxes, etc.), and submit financial statements to the partner for final approval
- Analyze and present financial statements to clients
- May be required to assume client management responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing communication and follow-up with customers
- Direct clients in more complex requests and special files
- Assume responsibilities related to the supervision and management of assigned resources (coaching, evaluations, etc.)
- Determine objectives and planning for files, and ensure follow-up
- Draw up time and fee budgets, and bill accordingly
- Prepare service offers and invoices in accordance with established policies
- Use sound judgment to analyze and resolve unusual situations
- Plan and carry out special projects
- Contribute to the development of staff knowledge and skills
- Actively participate in business development and in promoting the firm in the community, both with prospects and in the development of new clientele
- Ensure risk management (standards of the firm, the profession and other laws in general)
- Collaborate and ensure quality control of work performed
- Plan personnel and training needs
Do you have what it takes?
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting sciences, CPA auditor designation
- Minimum 10 years' experience
- Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE and NFAS)
- Knowledge of Canadian assurance standards (audit and examination)
