Lawyer
Mallette's legal services team is looking for a lawyer to join one of our offices in the Lower St. Lawrence region.
The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

What you'll accomplish
- Carry out various mandates for our clientele, such as reorganizations, financings, company turnarounds, company purchases/sales, etc.
- Meet customers
- Assist customers with their legal needs:
- Actively participate in clients' corporate reorganizations
- Provide strategic legal advice on mandates
- Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research
- Participate in training paralegals
- Analyze and understand the budgetary limits of a case
- Participate in department meetings

Do you have what it takes?
What really counts
- Bachelor's degree in law
-
Member of the Quebec Bar
- Minimum of one (1) year's relevant experience
- Experience in corporate and transactional law, an asset
- Proficiency in the use of technology and ease with digitization

Knowledge of Para-Maître software (an asset)
