Our Baie-Comeau office is currently looking for an intermediate auditor to join our assurance team.
Your main role will be to contribute to establishing reliable financial information for business decision-making and the success of our diverse clientele.
The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include
- Carry out audit, compilation and review assignments
- Participate in the preparation of special reports
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns
- Prepare financial statements
- Give, receive or request from clients factual information relating to work of a routine and/or slightly unusual nature
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the customer's business and sector of activity
- Develop a relationship with customers (direct communication)
- Be familiar with Mallette practices and methodologies, and make appropriate use of the firm's work tools
- Identify problems and communicate them to the person in charge
- Ensure that work is carried out within budget
- Protect customer confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Interpret information, synthesize it logically and concisely, and corroborate conclusions reached.
- May be called upon to be responsible for the execution of certain files
- May be called upon to distribute the work of the team in carrying out a mandate.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA designation (an asset)
- At least one year's relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Acomba
