We are currently seeking a Senior Business Valuation Manager to join our Consulting Services team. The resource can be located in the office of his/her choice among the following: Quebec City, Lévis, Montmagny, Saint-Georges, Shawinigan, Trois-Rivières, Montreal, Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint-Jérôme or Terrebonne.
Your role will be to take charge of the planning, review and delivery of business valuation mandates for Quebec SMEs, in a variety of contexts, to actively participate in the development of this practice, and to act as a business valuation reference for team members.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be to- Lead and contribute to the completion of business valuation mandates, particularly in the context of tax planning, reorganization, business transactions, succession planning or litigation.
- Review and correct calculations and reports produced by consultants and managers, involving complex financial data, and submit them to the partner in charge of mandates
- Supervise and coach resources on business valuation mandates
- Answer complex valuation questions from managers and consultants
- Assist partners in the development of the business valuation practice
Do you have what it takes? Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance, or equivalent
- EEE professional designation (CBV)
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in business valuation
