Looking for an exciting challenge? We're looking for a U.S. Tax Manager to join our Tax and Legal Services team. You'll be the expert who guides our clients in their choices of tax reorganizations and personal or corporate tax planning in a U.S. tax context.
You'll be attached to the office of your choice among the following: Quebec City, Lévis, Trois-Rivières, Terrebonne, Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint-Hubert or Montreal.

What you'll do
- Review, supervise and coordinate U.S. and Canadian tax returns filed by non-resident individuals
- Follow-up with U.S. tax authorities (inquiries, audits, draft and notice of assessments, requests for adjustments)
- Supervise, train and participate in the evaluation of resources under his/her supervision
- Conduct tax research into the U.S. tax implications of the various cross-border activities of individuals and corporations
- Advise individuals and corporations on Canadian and U.S. standards on cross-border tax issues
- Analyze U.S. federal and state tax implications of corporate activities
- Assist mandate participants (lawyers, bankers, advisors, etc.) with cross-border transactional mandates
Do you have what it takes?
What really counts
- Accounting or legal training
- Master's degree in taxation or CICA In-Depth Tax Program, an asset
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in taxation, including two (2) in U.S. taxation
