Ready for an exciting challenge? We're looking for an Accounting Technician to join our Accounting Services team in our Chicoutimi office.

What you'll accomplish
¬ Complete the full or partial accounting cycle with supervision
¬ Perform data entry
¬ Produce deductions at source and consumption tax returns
¬ Masterbasic concepts of commodity taxes
¬ Produce monthly financial statements
¬ Perform uncomplicated research
¬ Prepare tax forms
¬ May prepare personal income tax returns
¬ May prepare corporate tax returns
¬ May perform compilation tasks
¬ Collaborate as required with team members and other departments
¬ Prepare year-end files for certification of financial statements
ProfileDo youhave what it takes?
What really counts
¬ A DEC degree in accounting and management or any other combination of training and experience
¬ Proficiency in the most commonly used IT tools, including Acomba and Quickbook
¬ Experience in an accounting firm an asset
¬ Team-oriented approach
¬ Focus on customer satisfaction
¬ Thoroughness, attention to detail and confidentiality
