Ready for an exciting challenge? We're looking for a lawyer to join our Legal Services team. The person will be based in the office of his or her choice in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region.

What you'll accomplish
¬ Carry out various mandates related to the profession of notary or lawyer
¬ Review certain types of annual resolutions
¬ Draft legal documents and opinions
¬ Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research
¬ Participate in the training of paralegals
¬ Be able to analyze and become aware of the budgetary limits of a case.
¬ Participate in departmental meetings and present topics of interest.
¬ Develop technical knowledge
¬ Analyze work in progress and accounts receivable, where appropriate
¬ Meet with customers as required
¬ Prepare service offers and customer invoices

¬ Member of the Quebec Bar
¬ With or without experience
¬ Knowledge of Para-Maître software (an asset)
¬ An innate sense of autonomy and sharp professional judgment
