The Tax team is currently looking for you to fill a position as Tax Manager, in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean office of your choice!

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate regularly in client meetings (initial, ongoing and final)
  • Plan and coordinate the completion of intermediate-level mandates and ensure professional and budgetary follow-up
  • Effectively delegate mandate tasks to consultants and technicians and ensure their professional quality.
  • Communicate with tax authorities to obtain or provide sensitive tax information
  • Actively contribute to the training and coaching of advisors and technicians
  • Proactively identify customer opportunities and needs
  • Participate in and contribute to business development
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments as a technical reference

Profile

Profile sought:

  • University degree in accounting or law
  • Master's degree in taxation or equivalent from the Ordre des CPAs
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in taxes
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Agility and political acumen
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Rigor and professional ethics
  • Communication skills
  • Diplomacy
  • Analysis and problem solving
