His entrepreneurial success was built with others through his involvement with Réseau Mallette, where he was a member of the Leadership circles - Services for several years. This experience enabled him to develop his leadership skills and his ability to evolve as a manager. It also gave him the opportunity to acquire new entrepreneurial knowledge that would enhance his collaborative understanding. Driven by a desire to give back and pass on his experience, he also acts as an entrepreneur-coach for the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce (EEB). That said, this is not the only role he has had at EEB: he was also captain of the ÉLITE C9 cohort as an entrepreneur-athlete before becoming an entrepreneur-coach.
